Step by Step

Well, I am headed to Atlanta at the end of October to see New Kids on the Block in concert.

I will essentially be heading to Texas for the NASCAR race by way of Atlanta.  Just follow me…The plan is for me to drive on down to Dallas on Tuesday.  Fly to Jacksonville, FL on Wednesday morning.  Penni & I will head to Atlanta to meet Hilary and go to the concert.  Then, on Thursday morning, Penni & I will fly back to Dallas where we’ll be watching NASCAR for the rest of the week/weekend.

It will be a very busy week but it will be a blast.  I get to hang out with Penni again for a week.  (I last met up with Penni when her, Karah, and I went to NC last October for the NASCAR race weekend.)  I get to see the New Kids on the Block who I LOVED as a pre-teen.  (Yeah, I don’t think I was even a teenager when they were popular.)  Then, I get to see several more events than normal at Texas Motor Speedway (because we normally just go for the Cup race on Sunday).  There is also some talk of meeting up with Wyndi and bangoul at some point at TMS.

I can’t get too excited for this just yet, though, because I have two other vacations to look forward to before then.  I leave Sunday morning to head to NC for the week with my mom and sisters.  Then, Penni & I are headed to Ohio/Michigan in August to go to the NASCAR race with Sarah & Andi.
