I think I’ve been reading The Pioneer Woman too much lately. Why do I think I’ve been reading too much PW? Well…I’m now photographing my food. I got off work a little early today and, after picking Shelby & Lindsey up at their respective schools, decided I would cook supper at my folks’ house tonight. I baked some butterflied pork chops and some pasta. In PW fashion, I took pictures of the ingredients and all the steps along the way.
