It’s Coming

Merry Christmas

I hope you and your families have a very Merry Christmas!

Here’s a cute screen capture from A Charlie Brown Christmas.  While this isn’t my favorite Christmas movie, it definitely ranks up there.

There are No Words

I saw Twilight the movie last night.  There are no words to properly describe my love of the movie.  While you all may not have liked Twilight or even be interested in seeing it, I’m sure you have that movie that you saw and absolutely loved.  This was Twilight for me.  I’m going to refrain from talking much about the movie right now because I don’t want to give anything away for those who are not wanting a spoiler just yet.  (I wouldn’t let the girls at work that saw the midnight showing say a word to me yesterday at work.)  I give you a week. ;)   I will say that one of my favorite parts was Bella & Edward’s first day sitting next to each other in biology.  His facial expressions were priceless throughout the movie but this scene was especially great in that area.

Twilight

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, I’m sure you have heard of the Twilight book series and maybe even the new movie by the same name.  If you haven’t, you should probably check out the book the next time you have some spare time to read (or even if you don’t).  Twilight the movie comes out on November 21st.  I’m getting really excited about this.  It is looking like me & my sisters will be going opening night.  Any of my readers Twilight fans as well?  Are you planning on seeing the movie?

Mamma Mia!

The last movie I saw in the movie theatre was Mamma Mia!.  I saw it last weekend with Shelby & Lindsey.  I knew the musical was based around the music of Abba but not much else beyond that.  I must say the soundtrack was great.  I’ve had Mamma Mia! and Dancing Queen in my head all week.  I enjoyed the movie.  Meryl Streep did a great job in her role.  Pierce Brosnan was good in his leading man role.  However, he really doesn’t need to sing sappy love songs.  It just looked too corny.  Other than that, I recommend the movie.  It’s definitely a good movie to see with the girls.
